The Bolton PTA invites you to join us in making a difference in the education of Bolton students. We know that students learn more when parents, educators, students, and the community work together. The PTA brings these groups together in partnership to promote activities that benefit our children. We welcome you! Please complete this form for one or more of the following:

Provide information for the Class Directory
Order a class directory/calendar/message pad
Join the PTA
Volunteer to help out in PTA activities

PARENTS: Submit this completed form and either send your check (if necessary) to school or pay online below, to school with your child to give to his/her teacher. TEACHERS: Please put completed forms and any checks in the PTA mailbox in the main office. Thank you!

Each year, the Bolton PTA publishes a class directory for Bolton High School. The directory lists all students by grade.

In order for your child to be included in the directory, you must return this completed form by Friday, October 1st.

We need only one form per family. If you don’t fill out a form this year or if you miss our deadline, we will use information from last year's directory.

Part 2: PTA MEMBERSHIP/CALENDAR/DIRECTORY ORDER FORM

Becoming a member of the Bolton PTA helps promote quality education. Your membership fee supports programs that benefit Bolton students, teachers, and families.

The PTA calendar is filled with important school-related activities, including vacation days, and also features artwork by our very own BCS students.

PTA school message pads have been created to make parents’ lives easier! The pads contain 50 sheets for communicating with your child’s teacher regarding appointments, pickups, bus schedule changes, etc.
