any time during the school yeasr, to: **************************************************************************************************************************** Part 1: INFORMATION FOR THE BCS/BHS CLASS DIRECTORY Each year, the Bolton PTA publishes a class directory for Bolton Center School and Bolton High School. The directory lists all students by classroom; it’s great for phoning classmates for missed assignments, mailing invitations, and much more. In order for your child to be included in the directory, you must return this completed form by WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 11, 2009. Just send it back to school with your child. We need only one form per family. If you don’t fill out a form this year or if you miss our deadline, your child will be included in the directory with his/her new class and the information, if any, that you provided last year. EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR PHONE NUMBER PUBLISHED, it’s still important to provide it to the PTA. We sometimes need to contact parents with important news. Part 2: PTA MEMBERSHIP/CALENDAR/DIRECTORY ORDER FORM Becoming a member of the Bolton PTA helps promote quality education. Your membership fee supports programs that benefit Bolton students, teachers, and families. The PTA calendar is filled with important school-related activities, including vacation days, and also features artwork by our very own BCS students. PTA school message pads have been created to make parents’ lives easier!
